BOOKING & CONFIRMATION POLICY

To ensure the highest level of service, preparation, and guest experience, Isimi Lagos operates a structured booking and confirmation process as outlined below.


1. Provisional Reservations

All reservations made at Isimi Lagos are initially recorded as provisional bookings. A provisional booking indicates availability has been temporarily held, but the reservation is not yet confirmed.


2. Confirmation Timeline

Bookings are only confirmed forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, subject to receipt of the required confirmation payment.


3. Confirmation Payment

A confirmation payment is required forty-eight (48) hours before arrival to secure the reservation. This payment enables Isimi Lagos to finalize accommodation preparation, wellness programming, catering arrangements, staffing, and personalized guest services.


4. Release of Unconfirmed Bookings

Any booking for which confirmation payment is not received within the stipulated 48 hours will be automatically cancelled.


5.  Please note that reservations and invitations are not automatic. All requests are placed on an awaiting list and are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the intimate rhythm, membership philosophy, and curated community experience that define Isimi Lagos. Our team will conduct the necessary verification and clearance process and will be in touch within 24–48 hours.
