1. Eligibility: Contest is open to individuals 18 years or older. Employees of Isimi Lagos and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Registration: All participants must officially register for the contest by 7th May 2024. All registrations done after the deadline would be omitted. Registration must be completed on the Isimi Lagos website.
3. Photo Limit: Maximum of 100 photographs per participant. Each participant MUST submit their final 20 photographs for judging.
4. Location of Photos: All photographs must be taken within the designated areas of Isimi Lagos during the official contest hours.
5. Photo Originality: All photographs must be the original work of the participant and not feature any previously published work or photographs that infringe upon the rights of any third party.
6. Contest Duration: Photography is to be conducted within a 5-hour period, starting at 10 am and ending at 3 pm on the day of the contest.
7. Prohibited Content: Photographs must not contain objectionable or inappropriate content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, or other content not in keeping with Isimi Lagos’ image.
8. No Trespassing: Participants must not trespass on private property or enter any area marked as restricted.
9. Respect for Nature: Participants must adhere to all environmental protection guidelines and not disturb the wildlife or natural habitats.
11. Rights Granted: By entering the contest, participants grant Isimi Lagos a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display submitted photos in all media for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion.
12. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and decisions will be final. Criteria will include creativity, photographic quality, and effectiveness in conveying the beauty of Isimi Lagos.
13. Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except at the discretion of Isimi Lagos.
14. Compliance: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
15. Conduct: By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification.
16. Limitation of Liability: Isimi Lagos is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.
17. Disputes: Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, and shall be resolved exclusively in Arbitration.
